Establish a model according to the aforementioned conditions and calculate the air conditioning load.
Direct Expansion Air Conditioning
Split Air Conditioning, separating the four major components into two equipment groups, including:
1. Outdoor Unit (Compressor, Condenser)
2. Indoor Unit (Expansion Valve, Evaporator)
Transferring the vibration and noise caused by the compressor to the outdoors, providing a quieter environment.
Chilled Water System
※The chilled water system has no pipe length restriction, and pumps are configured according to the system size.
Structure of Air-Cooled Chilled Water System
Can be simplified as shown on the following page.
Simplified Air-Cooled Chilled Water System Architecture
Chilled Water Process:
1. The chiller produces chilled water at 7°C.
2. The chilled water is pumped to the site, where it exchanges heat with the indoor air through cooling equipment, supplying cool air to achieve a comfortable indoor environment.
3. After absorbing the indoor heat, the temperature of the chilled water rises from 7°C to 12°C.
4. The 12°C chilled water returns to the chiller, where it is cooled back down to 7°C.
The heat is then dissipated to the atmosphere through the condenser and fan.

Cooling Water Process:
1. The cooling water pump sends 32°C cooling water into the chiller, where it absorbs heat and warms up to 37°C. It then enters the cooling tower, where the heat is dissipated into the atmosphere, cooling the water back down to 32°C.
2. The 32°C cooling water returns to the chiller to absorb heat again and warm up to 37°C.
